At BabyBliss, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are in brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
